Leadership can make or break individuals, teams and organisations. Leadership is about people and influence. Leadership can impact strategy development and execution, culture, engagement. governance and performance. It is a skill, comprised of traits, skills and behaviours - all of which can be learned and developed. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses and your own natural or default leadership style is the first step to becoming a more effective leader. You must know and understand yourself before you can lead others.
The second session focuses on communication styles and social intelligence. You might think of these folk as having “people skills,” but what they truly possess is social intelligence.
