Leadership can make or break individuals, teams and organisations. Leadership is about people and influence. Leadership can impact strategy development and execution, culture, engagement. governance and performance. It is a skill, comprised of traits, skills and behaviours - all of which can be learned and developed. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses and your own natural or default leadership style is the first step to becoming a more effective leader.
